Academic council

Academic council is functioning in SSC RF GNIIChTEOS, this Council is collegial management body governing science policy of the Institute.

The Council was established in 1948 in virtue of Government Decree №3128-943 dated December 21 1945 and is functioning on the ground of «General Provisions about Research and Development, and Engineering Organizations», approved by the Decree of State Committee on Science and Technology of November 13 1970

The Council consists of the leading scientists of the Institute – Doctors of Science and Philosophy Doctors who are principal investigators in basic trends of research:

The Council considers the problems of forecasting-analytical estimation for major development trends of most promising organoelement issues; проекты тематических планов fundamental and applied research subject schedule drafts, аs well as design efforts; results of research and development works, economic and commercial activities, prospects of Institute development; proposals for funding sources, scientific papers, contributions, reports; collaboration with other research institutions, researchers’ merit rating; preliminary examination of doctoral theses etc.
