Surface metallizing by CVD

Metal and oxide coatings imparting new properties to the starting materials are used for household appliances and electronics, enhancing abrasive tool durability, tinted glass production as well as gauze fabric and fibers, transfer mold fabrication etc.

 

An original metallizing and oxidation technique consisting in thermal dissociation of metal carbonyl vapors in rough vacuum or inert gas flow with oxygen addition (in the case of oxidation).
